Revit Architect or Engineer

About the role

BIMCUBES, a company integrating artificial intelligence into Building Information Modeling (BIM), is hiring a Revit Architect or Engineer to work on-site in Antelias in a full-time capacity. The role contributes to the design, modeling and coordination of architectural and engineering projects using Revit and BIM methodologies.

Key responsibilities

• Develop detailed 3D models and generate construction documentation.
• Ensure accurate integration of architectural and engineering elements within the BIM environment.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and support project coordination and clash detection.
• Incorporate AI-driven tools and workflows where applicable.
• Assist in refining BIM standards, optimizing processes and sharing knowledge to improve project quality and efficiency.

Required profile

• Strong background in architecture and architectural design, able to turn concepts into detailed Revit models.
• Relevant degree in Architecture, Civil/Structural Engineering or a related field, with prior experience in BIM-based design and documentation.
• Ability to work on-site in Antelias, with clear communication, attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem solving.

Required skills

• Solid hands-on experience with Revit and BIM workflows.
• Experience with software development or scripting related to BIM, and integration of digital tools or plugins in the Revit ecosystem.
• Project management skills, including task coordination, deadline management and cross-functional teamwork.
• Familiarity with AI-driven or computational design tools is an advantage.
