Reverse Logistics Collector (Cash Collector)

About the role

The Reverse Logistics Collector ensures the accurate reconciliation and archiving of invoices and cash collections generated by drivers. Working in an evening shift, the role bridges logistics operations with financial control, guaranteeing that all documents are properly verified, stored, and that cash and checks match system reports.

Key responsibilities

• Receive invoices and receipts delivered by drivers.
• Verify that each invoice is stamped by the client before scanning and archiving.
• Archive documents using the filing number provided by the system.
• Send archived files regularly to the Documents Archiving Coordinator.
• Audit cash and checks collected by drivers, comparing amounts with receipts.
• Reconcile daily collections with system‑generated reports and resolve discrepancies.
• Hand over cash and checks to the Cashiers Team and obtain proof of authenticity.
• Maintain organized and properly filed documentation.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent (BT).
• At least one year of relevant experience in logistics, cash handling, or document management.
• Ability to work Tuesday to Saturday on an evening shift.
