Ecommerce Operations & Marketplace Execution Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an Ecommerce Operations & Marketplace Execution Specialist to build, optimise and scale the operational backbone of our ecommerce and marketplace channels across the UAE, KSA and the wider region. The role ensures smooth, accurate and consistent day‑to‑day operations as the business grows.

Key responsibilities

• Execute daily operational tasks across Shopify, Amazon, Noon and other marketplace channels.
• Monitor order flow, coordinate fulfillment and track stock movements.
• Follow up with warehouse and logistics partners to guarantee timely execution.
• Manage marketplace uploads, updates and execution requirements.
• Prepare operational readiness checklists for campaigns and sales events.
• Identify recurring bottlenecks, propose improvements and build SOPs, checklists and processes.
• Provide weekly visibility reports on operational risks, blockers and priorities.
• Ensure every operational issue has an owner, deadline and follow‑up.

Required profile

• 4–7 years of experience in ecommerce, marketplace or high‑volume order fulfillment operations.
• Hands‑on experience with Shopify, Amazon or Noon in a fast‑growing environment.
• Strong understanding of order flow, fulfillment coordination, stock movement and logistics follow‑up.
• Highly organised, process‑oriented and execution focused.
• Proactive problem‑solver who acts before issues become urgent.
