Remote Project Coordinator – Home Construction

About the role

We are a family‑owned kitchen, bathroom and flooring remodeling company seeking a highly organized Remote Project Coordinator. You will support our Production Team by ensuring remodeling projects move smoothly from start to finish while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate multiple remodeling projects simultaneously, scheduling installations with homeowners and crews.
• Maintain constant communication with clients, installers, vendors, and internal departments.
• Track project progress, monitor deadlines, and resolve scheduling conflicts proactively.
• Order materials, monitor delivery timelines, and process project documentation accurately.
• Assist with financing paperwork, collect customer payments, and keep records in our CRM and project‑management systems.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Production, and Installation teams.

Required profile

• 2+ years of remote coordination experience (Project Coordinator, Operations Coordinator, Executive Assistant, Virtual Assistant, Client Success, or Account Coordinator).
• Experience supporting U.S.‑based clients or companies.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and excellent written and spoken English.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with multiple priorities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM and project‑management tools.
• Reliable high‑speed internet and a quiet home office.
