Relationship Manager - Trading and Investing

About the role

MultiFi International Ltd is seeking a Relationship Manager to expand its client base in Lebanon. You will be responsible for attracting new customers, nurturing high‑value relationships, and delivering a seamless end‑to‑end experience while ensuring full regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and onboard new clients through personal networks, referrals, events and face‑to‑face meetings.
• Maintain a strong local pipeline aligned with MultiFi’s growth targets and support early‑stage client activation.
• Manage a dedicated portfolio of clients, providing proactive account support and regular in‑person communication.
• Monitor client activity, re‑engage inactive accounts and handle requests or escalations from start to resolution.
• Assist the compliance team with KYC, Source of Funds and AML procedures, flagging any risk concerns.
• Stay up‑to‑date on MultiFi’s products, platform updates and market or regulatory developments.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in relationship management, sales or client‑facing roles within financial services, brokerage, banking or fintech.
• Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English; French is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in finance or business.
• Willingness to travel locally for client meetings.
• Strong networking, negotiation and client‑engagement abilities.
