Relationship Manager

About the role

The Relationship Manager will work full‑time in Beirut, building and maintaining strong relationships with individual and institutional clients of Akros Ltd. You will ensure high‑quality service, guide clients through the MetaTrader 5 platform and support long‑term partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Onboard new clients and respond to their inquiries.
• Explain Akros Ltd’s products and MetaTrader 5 platform features.
• Monitor client activity to identify cross‑selling or upselling opportunities.
• Coordinate with sales, operations and compliance teams to resolve issues.
• Prepare regular reports on client engagement and feedback.

Required profile

• Strong client relationship and customer service abilities.
• Knowledge of financial markets and trading concepts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Organizational and time‑management skills to handle multiple requests.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup from Beirut with self‑motivation.
• Previous experience in brokerage, banking or financial services relationship management is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics or related field, or equivalent experience.

Required skills

• Experience with MetaTrader 5 or similar multi‑asset trading platforms.
