Registered Nurse – Patient Care

About the role

Saint George Medical Center is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to deliver high‑quality, compassionate patient care in a hospital setting. The successful candidate will join a multidisciplinary team, ensuring safety, comfort, and continuity of care for each patient.

Key responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications, treatments, and monitor patient progress.
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation.
• Collaborate closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
• Educate patients and families about care plans and recovery.
• Supervise support staff and ensure emergency readiness.
• Participate in quality‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited university.
• 1–2 years of clinical nursing experience (preferred).
• Valid nursing license from the Ministry of Public Health and registration with the Order of Nurses.
• Strong clinical judgment, decision‑making, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic (French is an asset).

Required skills

• Knowledge of nursing principles, procedures, and infection‑control standards.
• Competence in patient assessment and medical documentation.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage emergencies.
• Good computer skills for electronic health‑record systems.
