About the role

Dermapro Lebanon is seeking a full‑time Laser Operator to join its aesthetic and wellness centre in Beirut. The role involves delivering laser treatments safely and effectively, following clinical protocols and providing a high‑quality client experience.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare treatment rooms and laser equipment for each session.
• Conduct client consultations under clinic guidelines and provide clear pre‑ and post‑treatment instructions.
• Document procedures accurately in client records and monitor treatment outcomes.
• Perform routine equipment checks, report maintenance needs, and ensure proper calibration.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and adhere to infection‑control standards.
• Collaborate with doctors, pharmacists, dieticians, physiotherapists, and cosmetic professionals to deliver consistent, high‑quality service.
• Uphold client confidentiality and provide a professional, reassuring experience.

Required profile

• Proficiency in machine operation, including safe setup, calibration, and use of laser devices.
• Hands‑on experience with laser procedures and a solid understanding of laser safety standards.
• Strong focus on quality control, accurate documentation, and adherence to clinical protocols.
• Basic operations‑management abilities such as scheduling support and workflow coordination.
• Relevant certification or willingness to obtain certification in laser use, aesthetics, or dermatology assistance.
• Knowledge of skin types, contraindications, and post‑treatment care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work on‑site full‑time in Beirut and collaborate within a multidisciplinary team.
