Regional Account Manager – Walmart

About the role

The Regional Account Manager – Walmart will drive growth of Sazerac’s beverage portfolio across the Walmart channel. You will be responsible for delivering volume and share targets, building strong retailer relationships, and executing channel‑specific strategies that align with corporate objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver assigned volume and share growth for Sazerac’s total beverage portfolio across all applicable categories.
• Call on and develop relationships with Walmart stakeholders to achieve KPIs related to execution, distribution, and programming.
• Implement channel‑specific strategies, standards, and tools that support multi‑year joint business plans and company‑wide goals.

Required profile

• Strong time‑management and prioritisation abilities.
• Excellent analytical, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to develop and maintain customer relationships.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Effective negotiation skills and a self‑motivated, innovative mindset.
• Category insight/analytics experience and strong analytical/technical capabilities.
• Off‑premise chain sales and/or marketing experience.
• Implementation or project‑management experience.
• Minimum 3 years of sales management and key‑account experience with a proven track record.
