Recruitment Agent – Remote

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Agent to join our fully remote team. In this role you will own the end‑to‑end hiring process for internal positions, ensuring we attract and secure top talent that aligns with our company’s standards and culture.

Key responsibilities

• Finalize candidate selection after thorough reviews by the recruitment assistance team.
• Conduct comprehensive screening calls and detailed interviews to assess technical and behavioral fit.
• Evaluate technical skills through tailored assessments and collaborate with hiring managers on final decisions.
• Draft and present compelling offers, oversee onboarding, and ensure a seamless transition for new hires.
• Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future openings and manage multiple roles simultaneously.
• Utilize innovative sourcing techniques to identify passive candidates and track recruitment metrics for continuous improvement.
• Communicate promptly and clearly with candidates throughout the process.

Required profile

• Minimum of one year’s experience in recruitment, preferably in a high‑volume agency.
• Fluency in English and Arabic with the ability to switch seamlessly between both languages.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and decision‑making skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Detail‑oriented, adaptable, and resilient under challenging recruitment scenarios.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems and recruitment software.
