Quotation & Sales Support Executive

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Quotation & Sales Support Executive to join our team in Burj Hammoud. The role focuses on preparing competitive quotations, obtaining rates from various suppliers, and following up on business opportunities for our international relocation services.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare accurate and competitive quotations for international relocation and shipping services.
• Request and obtain rates from shipping lines, airlines, overseas agents, and other service providers.
• Communicate with suppliers and partners primarily via email.
• Follow up on quotations with clients and agents to maximize conversion opportunities.
• Maintain quotation records and ensure all information is up‑to‑date.
• Assist with customer inquiries related to pricing and services.
• Carry out any other duties assigned by management as required by the business.

Required profile

• Previous experience in shipping, freight forwarding, logistics, or relocation industry.
• Good understanding of international shipping and relocation services.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong email communication and follow‑up skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple quotations simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Flexible attitude and willingness to undertake additional responsibilities.
