QA Automation Engineer (AQA)

About the role

We are looking for a skilled QA Automation Engineer to join a leading fintech company that builds AI‑driven trading applications. You will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of real‑time trading logic, data pipelines, and machine‑learning models through automated testing.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze requirements together with engineers and project managers.
• Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites for AI‑driven applications.
• Create tests that validate real‑time trading logic and model inference under various market scenarios.
• Automate performance and stress testing for model inference.
• Validate input data pipelines (market data, sentiment signals, behavioral metrics).
• Collaborate with ML engineers, data scientists, and product managers to verify model input/output integrity.
• Document test cases, results, and maintain testing documentation.
• Identify and track product issues, suggesting solutions to improve quality and customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Experience in QA automation for complex, data‑intensive systems.
• Understanding of the machine‑learning lifecycle and model testing concepts.
• Familiarity with API testing and CI/CD pipelines.

Required skills

• Python (preferred), JavaScript, Java.
• Test automation frameworks: PyTest, Robot Framework, Selenium, Cypress.
• API testing tools such as Postman.
• CI/CD tools like Jenkins and GitHub.
• Data validation formats: JSON, CSV.
• Log, metric, and monitoring tools (e.g., Grafana).
