Python Odoo Developer

About the role

CFI Financial Group is seeking a Python Odoo Developer to join its fast‑growing, multinational team. You will work on building and enhancing trading‑related applications, translating business needs into robust, secure software solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to design and develop new features and products.
• Write technical specifications, choose appropriate technologies, and follow coding standards.
• Implement unit and integration tests to ensure quality and security.
• Present implementations to team leads, CTO, and other senior staff.
• Participate in code reviews, identify anti‑patterns, and suggest refactoring.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.

Required profile

• BSc in Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum 3 + years of professional software development experience in Python.
• At least 1 year of hands‑on experience with the Odoo platform.
• Strong understanding of software design, architecture, and quality‑assurance principles.
• Experience with SDLC, SOA, and both SQL and NoSQL databases.
