Project Manager (Remote)

About the role
Offtech is seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to join its international remote team. You will coordinate branding, web/app development, AI, and digital marketing projects for clients across Canada and worldwide, ensuring smooth execution and clear communication.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate between designers, developers, copywriters, and clients.
- Track timelines, deliverables, and approvals.
- Lead client communication and follow‑ups.
- Organize meetings and prepare project updates.
Required profile
- Proven experience in project management, preferably in an agency setting.
- Strong communication and organizational abilities.
- Comfortable working remotely with international teams.
- Fluent in English (French a plus).
Required skills
- Familiarity with collaboration tools such as Slack, ClickUp, Trello, Asana, and Google Workspace.
