About the role

Khalil Services, an ICEF-certified international education consultancy, is hiring a Project Lead to launch and run a new initiative in higher education. The engagement is a 2-month project contract (November – December 2026) with the option to extend, reporting directly to the Founder & CEO, based at the Khalil Services office in Zouk Mosbeh, Lebanon.

Key responsibilities

Build relationships with universities and professors abroad
Source opportunities and publish them on the platform
Manage the initiative's inquiries and respond to applicants
Handle applications and coordinate interviews with professors
Report weekly on progress and results

Required profile

Bachelor's degree; research experience is a plus
Excellent written English and French
Sales confidence and strong follow-through
Self-driven, organized and target-oriented
