Project Delivery Manager

About the role

Lucidya is seeking a Project Delivery Manager to turn AI agent concepts into live, business‑impacting solutions across the MENA region. You will bridge the vision of Solution Consultants with execution teams, ensuring pilots and enterprise deployments are delivered on time, on scope, and with measurable impact.

Key responsibilities

• Receive formal hand‑over of pilot projects, clarify scope, constraints, dependencies and success criteria.
• Translate high‑level workflows into concrete delivery components such as AI agent versions, integrations, dashboards and training materials.
• Build and maintain detailed delivery plans, milestones, sprints and cross‑team dependencies.
• Create and manage a transparent backlog in Trello, Jira or Notion, assigning owners and tracking status.
• Run regular execution cadences – stand‑ups, progress reviews and decision syncs – to keep all stakeholders aligned.
• Maintain a risk and issues log, manage changes transparently and ensure timely mitigation.

Required profile

• Proven experience coordinating multi‑disciplinary technology projects from scoping to go‑live.
• Strong organizational and communication skills to align Solution Consultants, engineering, AI, data and client teams.
• Ability to drive execution discipline, capture clear action items and follow‑up until closure.
