Project Delivery Manager – FinTech Implementation Lead

About the role

We are a reputable financial technology company seeking a seasoned Project Delivery Manager to own end‑to‑end client implementations across the GCC. The role blends rigorous delivery discipline with deep techno‑functional knowledge of our fintech platforms, acting as the bridge between business needs and technical capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle delivery of implementation projects, from kickoff through post‑go‑live, ensuring alignment with SAMA and GCC regulatory frameworks.
• Develop and maintain project charters, delivery plans, RAID logs, and progress reports.
• Facilitate steering committee meetings, present status updates, manage escalations, and keep senior stakeholders informed.
• Manage budgets, timelines, dependencies, and risks while coordinating cross‑functional teams (engineering, product, client).
• Contribute to the PMO by improving delivery frameworks, reporting standards, and implementation playbooks.
• Build deep functional knowledge of payments, collections, disbursements, cards, lending, and open‑banking modules to guide configuration decisions.
• Engage in technical integration reviews, translate business requirements into platform configurations, and act as a trusted delivery partner to clients.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or related field.
• 6–10 years of project management or delivery experience in consulting, fintech, or banking technology within the GCC.
• Proven track record of owning complex core‑banking, retail‑banking or card‑management implementations end‑to‑end.
• Demonstrated team‑leadership and cross‑functional coordination skills.
