Project Coordinator & Site Engineer

About the role

360 Solutions is seeking a motivated Project Coordinator / Site Engineer to oversee multiple construction, renovation, fit‑out and maintenance projects. You will act as the on‑site representative, ensuring work is delivered to the approved scope, quality standards and schedule while maintaining strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise works across several project sites and coordinate daily activities of workers, technicians, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Ensure execution aligns with approved drawings, specifications and quality standards.
• Monitor productivity, attendance and compliance with site instructions.
• Prepare daily and weekly work plans, track progress and address delays, material shortages or technical issues.
• Communicate directly with clients on‑site, provide updates, capture feedback and represent 360 Solutions during meetings and inspections.
• Coordinate material and equipment deliveries, verify compliance with requirements, and conduct quality inspections before client approval.
• Maintain site records, progress photographs, manpower logs and deliver clear progress reports to management.
• Ensure site safety, organization and adherence to health‑and‑safety regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant site experience in construction, renovation, fit‑out or maintenance.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials and quality‑control procedures.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical specifications.
• Excellent site supervision, coordination and problem‑solving abilities.
• Professional, presentable, organized and detail‑oriented with good communication skills.
