Project Assistant – Translation and Quality Support

About the role

The Project Assistant – Translation and Quality Support ensures multilingual project deliverables meet high standards of accuracy and consistency. Reporting to the Portfolio Manager, the assistant reviews, quality‑checks and formats translated content in English, French and Arabic, contributing to timely project completion.

Key responsibilities

• Review and edit translated documents to ensure linguistic accuracy and consistency.
• Perform quality checks on multilingual content using computer‑assisted translation tools.
• Format translated materials according to project specifications and style guides.
• Collaborate with the Portfolio Manager and other team members to meet delivery deadlines.
• Maintain and update translation workflows and terminology databases.

Required profile

• Fluent in English, French and Arabic.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work under supervision and follow established processes.

Required skills

• Computer Assisted Translation (CAT) tools.
