Program Coordinator – Youth Inclusion Coach

About the role

Life Project 4 Youth (LP4Y) is seeking a motivated Program Coordinator to act as a Coach for youth inclusion. After completing LP4Y’s specialized pedagogy training, you will guide a team of up to 18 young adults (aged 17‑25) in Beirut, helping them acquire both soft and hard skills through a hands‑on micro‑company environment.

Key responsibilities

• Implement LP4Y’s pedagogy and oversee the development of the Micro Company at the Training & Development Center in Beirut.
• Coordinate program logistics, including budget management, calendar planning, and activity monitoring.
• Support youth participants to build confidence, professionalism, and employability.
• Develop partnerships and create an ecosystem of integration with diverse local stakeholders.
• Collaborate with a multicultural team and receive guidance from three project leaders (Finance, Pedagogy, Partnership).

Required profile

• Female, at least 23 years old.
• Fluent in English.
• Solution‑oriented mindset with a passion for challenges.
• Willingness to grow in program coordination and youth development.

Required skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Basic understanding of budgeting and calendar management.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment.
