About the role
We are seeking qualified instructors to deliver a Professional Mediation Training Program. The role involves leading participants through mediation concepts, negotiation techniques, and conflict‑resolution strategies.
Key responsibilities
- Design and deliver training sessions on mediation, negotiation, and related topics.
- Develop training materials, case studies, and assessment tools.
- Facilitate interactive workshops and provide feedback to participants.
- Collaborate with program coordinators to ensure curriculum alignment.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and suggest improvements.
Required profile
- Academic background or professional experience in mediation, negotiation, conflict resolution, communication, or law.
- Demonstrated experience in delivering training or workshops to adult learners.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities.
