Production Supervisor

About the role

Production Supervisor will lead the production lines at Nabat Organic, ensuring safety, productivity, quality and staff engagement. The role monitors processes, optimises yields and reduces waste while fostering a culture of ownership.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and supervise daily production activities to meet output and quality targets.
• Lead, train, and manage production staff while ensuring compliance with company policies and safety standards.
• Monitor production performance, KPIs, yields, and inventory requirements, and report operational results.
• Oversee equipment operation, preventive maintenance, and production line efficiency to minimise downtime.
• Ensure compliance with quality, food safety, hygiene, and product traceability standards.
• Coordinate with warehouse and maintenance teams to ensure smooth production flow.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase productivity, reduce waste, and optimise manufacturing processes.

Required profile

• 5+ years of proven experience in industrial production/manufacturing, preferably food manufacturing.
• Strong leadership and team‑management skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel) and ERP software.
• Outstanding planning and organisational abilities.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Mechanics, Food Science & Technology, Biology or a related field.
