Production Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to lead our manufacturing lines, ensuring safety, quality and efficiency in the production of certified organic foods and beverages.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and supervise daily production activities to meet output and quality targets.
• Lead, train and manage production staff while ensuring compliance with company policies and safety standards.
• Monitor production performance, KPIs, yields and inventory requirements, and report operational results.
• Oversee equipment operation, preventive maintenance and line efficiency to minimise downtime.
• Ensure compliance with quality, food safety, hygiene and product traceability standards.
• Coordinate with warehouse and maintenance teams to ensure smooth production flow.
• Drive continuous‑improvement initiatives to increase productivity, reduce waste and optimise processes.

Required profile

• 5+ years of proven experience in industrial production/manufacturing (food manufacturing preferred).
• Strong leadership and team‑management skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel) and ERP software.
• Outstanding planning and organisational abilities.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Mechanics, Food Science & Technology, Biology or a related field.
