Production Planner

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Production Planner to join our team in Zekrit, Matn District, Lebanon. The role will coordinate production workflows, ensure timely delivery of goods, and support cross‑functional teams to meet customer demand.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate production workflow according to production plans and customer demand.
• Plan and prioritize operations to maximize productivity and minimize delays.
• Determine the manpower, equipment, and raw materials required to meet production targets.
• Assign workers and staff to specific production operations.
• Monitor production output, including finished goods, productivity, and defect rates.
• Prepare and submit production status and performance reports.
• Collaborate with Quality Control, Warehouse, Procurement, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Review purchase orders and develop effective production schedules.
• Identify and resolve production issues promptly to avoid delays.
• Coordinate production activities based on the availability of materials, labor, and equipment.
• Recommend process improvements to reduce costs, increase efficiency, and enhance product quality.
• Adjust production schedules as needed to ensure customer deadlines are met.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Technology, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience as a Production Planner or in a similar production planning role.
• Strong knowledge of production planning, scheduling, inventory management, and quality control principles.
• Experience in a manufacturing or supply chain environment.
• Strong analytical, planning, and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
