Product Specialist – Urology (Lebanon)

About the role

The Product Specialist – Urology will act as the clinical and technical authority for the urology portfolio in Lebanon. Working closely with the sales organization, the specialist will support customer engagement, drive product adoption, and help deliver optimal clinical outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the urology business strategy across Lebanon, identifying growth opportunities and supporting sales targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders, physicians, hospital management, and other clinical stakeholders.
• Provide product demonstrations, clinical education, and technical support to healthcare professionals.
• Assist with product evaluations, installations, and clinical implementation, ensuring safe and effective use.
• Partner with the sales team on joint customer visits, account strategy development, and product launches.
• Lead the Applications team to deliver consistent clinical support for endourology procedures, including Free Stone interventions.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Marketing, Service, Supply Chain, Regulatory) and relay market insights for portfolio development.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Nursing, Life Sciences, or a related healthcare discipline.
• Experience in the medical device industry, preferably in urology, endoscopy, or surgical technologies.
• Strong clinical and technical knowledge of urology procedures.
