About the role
We are looking for a Product Owner to lead the integration of our digital ecosystem, connecting noknok and Spinneys+ to deliver a seamless experience for customers and drive habit‑forming retention.
Key responsibilities
- Connect our ecosystem by linking multiple apps into a unified customer journey.
- Build systems that reward actions and create a single user profile across brands.
- Design smart recommendations, search tools, and messaging features for marketing.
- Measure success through repeat visits and long‑term customer value.
Required profile
- 2+ years of product management experience, focusing on retention, personalization or data products.
- Data‑driven mindset with a passion for analyzing customer behavior.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with engineering, data, and marketing teams.
