Product Manager – SaaS HR & Wellbeing Platforms

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on Product Manager to own the roadmap for two SaaS products – SupportRoom, an employee wellbeing platform, and VAI, an AI‑driven HR and finance analytics tool. You will work closely with the CEO, CTO, engineers and a designer to decide what to build and why.

Key responsibilities

• Own and prioritize the roadmap for both products, making trade‑offs explicit.
• Engage directly with customers and prospects, attend sales calls and translate market needs into clear specifications.
• Write detailed specs (problem, scope, acceptance criteria, definition of done) for developers using Claude Code.
• Define AI feature behavior, testing criteria, and handling of incorrect outputs.
• Use product data to evaluate performance and decide what to continue or cut.
• Communicate upcoming releases and rationale to leadership, sales and marketing in plain business language.

Required profile

• 4+ years of product management experience in a SaaS or software company, owning a roadmap end‑to‑end.
• Hands‑on experience with Claude Code or a similar agentic coding tool.
• Technical depth to discuss APIs, integrations, data models, authentication and releases with engineers.
• Experience shipping AI or LLM‑powered features.
• Commercial judgment to say no to noisy prospects and explain decisions.
• Clear, concise writing skills.
• Background in B2B HR tech, workforce analytics or wellbeing products.
