Procurement Manager - MEP & Finishing

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Manager with deep expertise in MEP and interior finishing projects to lead our procurement function in Jeddah. The role involves overseeing the full procurement lifecycle, from supplier selection to contract negotiation, ensuring timely delivery of materials while staying within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Manage procurement activities for MEP and interior fit‑out projects.
• Source, evaluate, and qualify suppliers, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and delivery terms to achieve cost optimisation.
• Prepare and control purchase orders and procurement schedules.
• Coordinate closely with project managers, engineers, and site teams to align deliveries with project timelines.
• Monitor market trends, supplier performance, and maintain compliance documentation.
• Develop strategic sourcing plans and nurture strong supplier relationships.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 8–15 years of construction procurement experience, preferably in the Gulf region.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems and fit‑out materials.
• Proven experience in supplier negotiation and contract management.
• Familiarity with Saudi market vendors and subcontractors.
• Excellent communication, organisational, and multitasking abilities.
