Procurement Engineer (Civil Engineering)

About the role

We are looking for a Procurement Engineer with a civil engineering background to lead sourcing activities for our projects. You will be responsible for acquiring goods and services, negotiating contracts, and ensuring procurement aligns with company policies and project timelines.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers; negotiate prices and place orders.
• Ensure timely delivery of goods and services and resolve related issues.
• Maintain accurate procurement records and conduct market research.
• Expand the supply‑chain network while complying with company policies.
• Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships and monitor performance.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, managing renewals and amendments.
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with Operations and Energy Solutions departments to understand needs and support procurement strategy.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• At least 5 years of experience, including 3 years in a procurement engineering or similar role within facility management or related industry.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Required skills

• Technical knowledge in electro‑mechanical fields.
• Proficiency with procurement software.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
