Principal – International Boarding School

About the role

Brummana High School, a historic Quaker‑founded institution serving over 1,250 students from ages 3 to 18, is seeking a new Principal to lead the school from August 2027. The Principal will be the highest academic and administrative authority, reporting directly to the Board of Governors.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic vision and day‑to‑day leadership for all academic, fiduciary and managerial functions.
• Uphold and promote the Quaker ethos within a vibrant, multi‑faith community.
• Oversee curriculum development, staff performance, student welfare and boarding operations.
• Manage the school’s budget, resources and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Represent the school to external partners, alumni and the wider education sector.
