Pharmacy Sales Representative – Beirut, Dahyeh & Mount Lebanon

About the role

Alpha-Tech Pharma is seeking a motivated Pharmacy Sales Representative to manage pharmacy accounts across Beirut, Dahyeh and Mount Lebanon. The role involves promoting our product portfolio, building strong relationships with pharmacists and achieving sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Visit pharmacies regularly within the assigned territory (Beirut, Dahyeh, Mount Lebanon).
• Promote company products, clearly communicating benefits to pharmacy staff.
• Develop and maintain long‑term relationships with pharmacists and healthcare professionals.
• Follow up on orders, monitor product availability and gather customer feedback.
• Track competitor activity and market trends.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and report daily/weekly activities.
• Ensure proper product visibility and professional brand representation in pharmacies.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in pharmacy sales, medical sales or pharmaceutical distribution.
• Educational background in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Life Sciences or related field.
• Strong knowledge of the Lebanese pharmacy market (preferred).
• Valid driving licence and own car.
• Ability to cover the specified territory independently.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and follow‑up skills.
• Organised, target‑driven and able to work autonomously.
