Pharmaceutical Sales Representative

About the role

The Pharmaceutical Sales Representative will drive sales growth and market penetration for HOLDAL’s pharmaceutical portfolio within an assigned territory. You will build and maintain relationships with pharmacists and other healthcare professionals, ensuring product availability and optimal turnover.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor client inventory and prepare replenishment orders.
• Execute the approved sales cycle, achieving monthly targets and increasing turnover.
• Recruit new customers and expand distribution coverage.
• Promote all assigned brands, introduce new items, promotions, and bundles.
• Report issues and solutions to the Sales Supervisor/Manager.
• Track near‑expiry products and coordinate first‑expiry sales with pharmacists.
• Collect invoices on time and ensure credit notes are processed promptly.
• Gather market intelligence on competitors’ activities.
• Complete daily sales reports and merchandising displays where applicable.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Biochemistry, or Biomedical Engineering.
• 1–4 years of sales experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Fluent in Arabic and English; French is a plus.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
• Organized, time‑management focused and eager to learn.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
