Personnel Manager – UAE Branch

About the role

The Personnel Manager for the UAE branch will lead the human‑resources function, ensuring efficient operations and compliance with local regulations. This senior position oversees staff performance, drives process improvements, and manages the full talent‑acquisition cycle.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, organise and prioritise workloads to meet deadlines and optimise resource use.
• Oversee unit activities, monitor performance and provide guidance to maintain high efficiency.
• Analyse internal workflows, identify improvement areas and redesign processes for better productivity.
• Review and enhance HR policies, procedures and practices, ensuring alignment with UAE labour law.
• Validate reports and documentation to uphold quality standards.
• Handle complex employee queries, complaints and administrative decisions.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to resolve major issues and build beneficial relationships.
• Administer HR activities beyond personnel matters, offering guidance and constructive feedback.
• Motivate, train, develop and evaluate staff to maximise their potential.
• Plan and manage the full life‑cycle talent acquisition process, monitor quality and propose solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of HR experience with proven UAE exposure.
• Strong knowledge of UAE labour laws and related regulations.
• Excellent communication abilities.
• Fluent in English and Arabic, both written and spoken.
