Performance Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist to build and scale lead‑generation campaigns for a growing U.S. facility‑maintenance firm. The role blends hands‑on digital advertising with AI‑driven automation to deliver measurable business results.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns on LinkedIn, Google and other digital platforms.
• Design and manage end‑to‑end lead‑generation funnels, from click to conversion.
• Track, analyze and report on CPL, MQLs, SQLs, conversion rates and ROI.
• Maintain CRM workflows and marketing automation in HubSpot.
• Develop AI‑powered marketing workflows to improve efficiency.
• Create landing pages, lead magnets, email sequences and nurturing campaigns.
• Implement tracking infrastructure (GA4, GTM, pixels, UTMs, conversion tracking).
• Run A/B tests and continuously optimize performance.
• Collaborate with sales and leadership to enhance lead quality and pipeline.

Required profile

• 3+ years of performance, demand‑generation or growth marketing experience.
• Hands‑on experience with LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads.
• Strong understanding of marketing funnels, lead generation and conversion optimization.
• Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM/marketing automation platforms.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in GA4 and reporting dashboards.
• Proficiency with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity) and ability to apply AI to content creation, campaign management and workflow automation.
