Performance Marketing Manager – AI‑First Growth & Paid Media

About the role

We are seeking an AI‑first Performance Marketing Manager to design, launch, and scale data‑driven campaigns across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will combine growth strategy, paid media expertise, and automation to drive measurable results for a fast‑moving organization.

Key responsibilities

• Build and scale AI‑powered marketing campaigns that acquire high‑quality leads.
• Manage and optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads accounts.
• Improve funnel performance, focusing on CPL, CAC and ROAS.
• Automate marketing workflows using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Make, and Zapier.
• Conduct rapid A/B testing and continuous growth experiments.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in performance or growth marketing.
• Proven track record of managing paid media campaigns with strong ROI.
• Hands‑on experience with AI‑driven marketing and automation platforms.
• Excellent analytical abilities and clear communication in English.
• Willingness to work US market hours.
