Performance Manager – Multi‑Market Digital Campaigns

About the role

The Performance Manager will own the performance strategy and execution for a portfolio of markets, driving digital media campaigns that meet client objectives. You will work independently on high‑volume, multi‑market accounts while leading and mentoring a team of specialists.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver performance marketing strategies across multiple markets.
• Own client relationships and act as a trusted advisor.
• Manage and mentor team members, ensuring best practices and knowledge sharing.
• Draft paid performance proposals and presentations.
• Oversee campaign setup, optimization, reporting, and tracking.
• Ensure delivery on performance targets and translate results into strategic recommendations.
• Collaborate with account leads and other business units on long‑term strategies.
• Drive innovation by sharing and implementing digital performance best practices and beta features.

Required profile

• 4–5 years of digital media experience across multiple channels.
• Proven track record managing regional or multi‑market accounts in high‑volume environments.
• Experience in team management and leadership.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
