About the role

We are seeking a Performance & Growth Marketer to drive measurable business growth for our fast‑growing self‑storage brand in Dubai. The role combines paid acquisition, funnel optimisation, analytics and experimentation to improve the entire customer journey.

Key responsibilities

  • Own end‑to‑end paid acquisition campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube and retargeting platforms.
  • Develop and manage audience targeting, bidding strategies and budget allocation.
  • Continuously optimise campaigns to meet CAC, CPL, ROAS and conversion‑rate targets.
  • Design and run structured A/B tests on creatives, messaging, landing pages and audience segments.
  • Analyse full‑funnel performance using GA4, Meta Ads Manager and other analytics tools.
  • Identify conversion bottlenecks and recommend improvements to landing pages, forms and customer flows.
  • Build dashboards and performance reports that communicate insights and ROI.
  • Collaborate with sales, product, operations and leadership to improve lead quality and conversion.
  • Support growth initiatives, launches, promotions and retargeting campaigns.
  • Monitor platform updates, algorithm changes and industry trends to enhance performance.

Required profile

  • 1–3 years of hands‑on performance or growth marketing experience.
  • Proven track record managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
  • Experience optimising campaigns based on CAC, CPL, ROAS and conversion metrics.
  • Familiarity with GA4, conversion tracking, pixels, Google Tag Manager and campaign reporting.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to spot trends and performance opportunities.
  • Experience conducting A/B testing and campaign experimentation.
  • Ability to understand customer behaviour and conversion funnels.
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, performance‑driven environment.
