Performance Executive – Digital Media (Beirut)

About the role

The Performance Executive will support the delivery and optimisation of performance media campaigns across search, social and display for WPP Media’s clients in Beirut. Working closely with account teams, you will help drive revenue growth by managing campaigns, analysing data and providing actionable recommendations.

Key responsibilities

• Execute and optimise performance media campaigns on search, social and display channels.
• Conduct Search Query Report (SQR) analysis, add negative keywords and refine bidding strategies.
• Prepare and present weekly performance reports with clear, actionable insights.
• Analyse campaign results, identify trends and document learnings for future strategies.
• Evaluate user‑engagement metrics (CTR, conversion rate, bounce rate) to improve ad creative, landing pages and targeting.
• Perform in‑depth reporting on paid media performance and audience behaviour.
• Oversee finance reconciliation, verify spend and ensure accurate budget reporting.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, ideally in a STEM discipline.
• Experience in digital media, paid advertising or media buying (agency experience a plus).
• Proven track record managing successful paid search and social campaigns.
• Strong analytical ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Creative, solutions‑oriented mindset with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Meticulous, organised and detail‑focused.
