Performance Associate Director

About the role

iProspect, part of the dentsu network, is looking for an experienced Performance Associate Director to lead performance‑driven accounts across the GCC region. You will own multi‑channel campaigns, drive measurable growth, and work closely with senior leadership and cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead execution and optimization of paid search, paid social, programmatic and other biddable media campaigns.
• Own performance outcomes such as CPA, ROAS, revenue, leads and customer acquisition targets.
• Develop advanced optimization strategies, including bidding enhancements, audience refinement and creative testing.
• Translate client business goals into activation roadmaps and performance frameworks.
• Conduct deep‑dive analysis, identify growth opportunities and present actionable recommendations.
• Oversee forecasting, pacing, budget efficiency and QA governance.
• Manage, mentor and develop a team of performance managers and executives.
• Stay ahead of platform updates, algorithm changes and privacy regulations in GCC markets.

Required profile

• 6–8+ years of performance marketing experience in an agency or fast‑paced digital environment.
• Proven track record of delivering strong results across multiple accounts and industries.
• Advanced analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into strategic actions.
• Experience managing high‑budget accounts with rigorous operational discipline.
• Excellent client‑facing communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrated leadership experience building and scaling high‑performing teams.
• Prior experience in GCC markets is highly preferred.
