About the role
We are seeking a Patient Access Center Specialist to support patients and staff by managing appointment scheduling, follow‑ups, and ensuring confidentiality. The role contributes directly to patient satisfaction and smooth operation of the access center.
Key responsibilities
- Schedule patient appointments and coordinate follow‑up visits.
- Provide assistance to patients and staff via phone or email, addressing inquiries promptly.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of patient information in accordance with regulations.
- Document interactions and updates accurately in the system.
- Identify opportunities to improve patient experience and suggest enhancements.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, English literature, Healthcare Management or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in a similar patient‑focused role.
- Strong English proficiency and a patient‑focused mindset.
- Ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
Required skills
- Proficiency in using scheduling and patient‑management software.
What we offer
- Rotating night and day shift schedule (7 pm‑7 am and 7 am‑7 pm) with a two‑month night shift followed by a one‑month day shift.
