About the role
We are seeking a data‑driven Paid Media Specialist to lead high‑budget digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. The role focuses on planning, executing, and optimizing campaigns while continuously testing and improving performance.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat, and YouTube.
- Analyze performance data to improve CPI, CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates.
- Conduct A/B tests on ad creatives, audience targeting, and bidding strategies.
- Set up and manage retargeting campaigns to re‑engage users.
- Collaborate with designers and content teams to create high‑performing ad creatives.
- Stay updated on global digital trends, new ad formats, and performance‑marketing innovations.
Required profile
- 3+ years of hands‑on paid media buying experience across major platforms.
- Proven track record of scaling campaigns and improving ROAS.
- Strong knowledge of Google Analytics and platform‑specific ad managers.
- Experience with app‑marketing measurement tools (Firebase, Adjust, AppsFlyer, or Branch) is a plus.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
- Fluent English; additional languages (Arabic, French) are a plus.
