About the role
We are looking for an Outreach Specialist to join Furrsati, Lebanon’s curated freelance platform. The role will focus on building and nurturing relationships with freelancers and brands across Lebanon and the MENA region, helping to grow our talent pipeline from day one.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct daily outreach to freelancers and brands via Instagram, LinkedIn, email and WhatsApp.
- Identify and source high‑quality talent and suitable clients for the platform.
- Manage follow‑ups, replies and coordination throughout the outreach process.
- Develop and run a WhatsApp community for top freelancers.
- Collaborate directly with the founder to close partnership deals.
Required profile
- Fluent in Arabic and English with strong communication skills.
- Self‑driven, reliable and well‑organized.
- Comfortable using social media and professional networking tools.
- Previous experience in outreach, sales or community management is a plus.
