Outdoor Sales Representative - Pharmacies

About the role

We are looking for an energetic Outdoor Sales Representative to promote and sell HOLDAL’s pharmaceutical range to pharmacies within an assigned territory. The role involves building relationships with pharmacists, managing inventory, and driving sales growth while ensuring product availability and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Visit assigned pharmacies, check inventory and prepare replenishment orders.
• Implement the approved sales cycle, achieve monthly sales targets and increase brand market share.
• Recruit new pharmacy customers and expand distribution coverage.
• Introduce new items, promotions and bundles, and monitor near‑expiry products.
• Collect invoices, monitor account statements and ensure timely receivables.
• Gather market intelligence on competitor activities, promotions and new products.
• Maintain daily sales reports and provide feedback on merchandising displays.
• Report issues and propose solutions to the Sales Supervisor/Manager.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Biochemistry or Biomedical Engineering.
• 1–4 years of sales experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Fluent in Arabic and English; French is a plus.
• Strong negotiation, communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Organised, self‑motivated and able to manage time effectively.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
