Outdoor Sales Representative

About the role

LAMCO, a Lebanese adhesive and industrial solutions provider, is expanding its sales network across Lebanon and seeks an experienced Outdoor Sales Representative. The role focuses on developing new B2B relationships and managing existing customer accounts throughout the country.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new B2B sales opportunities across Lebanon.
• Visit existing and prospective customers on a regular basis.
• Present LAMCO’s products and recommend solutions based on customer needs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Negotiate commercial terms and close sales opportunities.
• Achieve sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
• Prepare sales reports and keep customer records up‑to‑date.

Required profile

• Proven experience in field sales, business development, or account management.
• Demonstrated success in acquiring and managing B2B clients.
• Strong presentation, negotiation and communication abilities.
• Willingness and ability to travel throughout Lebanon as required.
• Self‑motivated with excellent organisational and time‑management skills.
• Valid driver’s licence and access to reliable transportation are preferred.
