Outdoor Sales Representative – Beauty Salons (Hybrid)

About the role

This full‑time hybrid position is for an Outdoor Sales Representative focused on promoting Lexy Cosmetics' nail care range to beauty salons, spas and cosmetic retailers across Lebanon. You will build and maintain strong customer relationships while driving sales growth in the beauty sector.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential clients in beauty salons, spas and retail outlets.
• Present and demonstrate nail care products, providing training and product knowledge to clients.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and report performance metrics.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance product visibility and promotional activities.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and address client inquiries promptly.

Required profile

• Previous experience in outdoor or field sales is a plus.
• Background in cosmetics, beauty, or related industries is advantageous.
• Strong organizational abilities and capacity to multitask.
• Own a reliable car for travel within the assigned territory.
