Outbound Sales Specialist

About the role

MONZA is looking for an energetic Outbound Sales Specialist to drive customer acquisition and revenue generation from its Airport Road office in Mount Lebanon. You will engage prospects, deliver product presentations, convert qualified leads, and manage client relationships using structured CRM workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective and existing clients to promote products and services.
• Identify client requirements, recommend tailored solutions, and manage sales objections.
• Perform consistent follow‑ups via phone and email to nurture leads through the sales pipeline.
• Maintain accurate customer records, call logs, and sales activity within the CRM system.
• Collaborate with sales and customer success teams to ensure service excellence.

Required profile

• Previous background in telesales, outbound sales, customer retention, or client service.
• Goal‑oriented, proactive, structured and resilient under target expectations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English with strong phone etiquette and negotiation ability.

Required skills

• Computer literate with working knowledge of CRM systems.
• Familiarity with digital communication tools.
