Operations Team Leader

About the role

We are looking for an Operations Team Leader to design, deliver and continuously improve innovative training programs across our satellite locations. You will oversee both onsite and live‑online courses, ensuring they fit within operational schedules and provide a high‑quality learning experience.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with field staff to assess training needs and create engaging agendas.
• Research, develop and maintain comprehensive training materials.
• Manage classroom experiences across all locations, including live‑online sessions.
• Identify and implement process improvements to reduce turnaround times and enhance customer service.
• Maintain and update class schedules, handling cancellations and rescheduling.
• Ensure consistent communication and adherence to policies across sites.
• Serve as the main contact for internal and external stakeholders on operational matters.
• Oversee procurement of online training resources.
• Support strategic commercial and marketing initiatives.
• Lead development of customer care and student service procedures.
• Assist faculty in recruiting tutors and instructors.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
• 4–6 years of experience in operations and customer satisfaction.
• Strong project‑management expertise.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
