Operations Officer

About the role

Pronti SARL, a registered company importing Italian coffee and selling it in Lebanon through online sales and a dedicated sales team, is looking for a motivated and organized Operations Officer. The role supports daily business activities and ensures smooth coordination between online sales operations, the sales team and other functions. It is a full-time position.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor daily operational activities to keep business processes efficient.
• Support the management of orders, deliveries and inventory.
• Work with the sales team to process orders on time and meet customer expectations.
• Monitor stock levels and help track and replenish inventory.
• Maintain accurate operational records, reports and documentation.
• Communicate with suppliers, delivery partners and other stakeholders as needed.
• Spot operational issues and suggest improvements to workflows.
• Provide administrative support and help management with day-to-day needs.

Required profile

• Previous experience in operations, administration, logistics or a related role is an advantage.
• Strong organization and time-management skills, attention to detail and accuracy with orders, records and inventory.
• Good communication and coordination, ability to multitask, solve problems and work independently.
• Fluency in Arabic and good working proficiency in English.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Familiarity with digital tools.
