Operations Manager – Digital Transformation

About the role

SD Shift is looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead the delivery of ERP implementation, process automation, and software development projects. You will act as the primary liaison between the company and Group Management, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and high client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Lead overall operations of SD Shift, aligning activities with company strategy.
• Plan, execute, and deliver ERP and digital transformation projects on time and within budget.
• Manage functional consultants, developers, and technical teams, monitoring performance and quality.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, translating requirements into functional and technical solutions.
• Track project progress, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Implement best practices in ERP systems, process automation, and software development.
• Identify operational risks and develop mitigation plans.
• Maintain documentation, reporting, and project tracking for all engagements.
• Drive continuous improvement of operational processes and internal workflows.
• Support business development by contributing to proposals and solution design.
• Collaborate with the Group Operations Manager to ensure alignment with group strategy.
• Monitor team performance, provide coaching, and develop capacity plans.
• Establish and monitor KPIs related to delivery, client satisfaction, and operational performance.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in operations or project management within ERP/digital transformation environments.
• Proven track record managing ERP implementations, preferably Odoo and Microsoft Dynamics.
• Experience leading cross‑functional teams of functional consultants and developers.
• Strong client‑management and stakeholder‑engagement skills.
• Background in managing multiple simultaneous projects.
• Previous experience in a startup environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in software engineering or a related field.
