Online Sales Specialist for Kids Programming Courses

About the role

Join Kodland, an international online school that teaches kids and teens digital skills. As an Online Sales Specialist you will guide families through live demo lessons, showcase the curriculum, and convert interest into enrollments for programming courses.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct 50‑minute online demo lessons for children aged 5‑17 and their parents.
• Present Kodland’s learning format, answer questions, and help families select the appropriate course.
• Build trust, handle objections, and motivate students to start their learning journey.
• Maintain a warm‑lead pipeline—no cold calling required.

Required profile

• Strong communication and persuasive abilities, preferably with sales or educational consulting experience.
• Advanced English proficiency, comfortable speaking with both parents and students.
• Availability to work afternoons/evenings (from 14:00 UK time) and one weekend day per week.
• Reliable technical setup: PC with at least 8 GB RAM, webcam, headset, and stable internet.
